The showroom is gorgeous, full of so many beautiful doors, logs and patio furniture! Amanda helped me choose the style of door, the color of glass and was so kind and helpful. She assured me they would come measure my fireplace to make sure they had perfect measurements as the door would have to be custom made since we have an odd sized opening to the firebox.

My contractor never touched the circuit board where fuses kept on blowing, and the igniter that had caught fire, and the battery pack that had a wire that were all faulty parts.
